On December 30, the wood floor guys came to do a final coat and found water leaking in from the new roof into the kitchen and family room. It damaged the beam. It took almost 4 months for them to find and fix all of the leaks.

Loft fireplace takes 3 tries before they got the measurement correct. Still too wide after 2nd try. Then rebuilt a 4th time because it was 3 feet away from where it should be.
